WSROC conditionally supports the adoption of the proposed Design Guidelines on the basis that further consideration be given to ensuring new developments will provide high level urban design, protect local residential amenty, and are designed in a way that allows them to be adequately supported by council infrastructure and services; particularly waste services. |
